Service Cancellation
At Vetlyf, we understand that circumstances may arise requiring you to cancel a scheduled service. Please review our cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows or cancellations after the veterinarian has arrived at your location will be charged the full service fee.
Refund Process
Our refund process is designed to be straightforward and fair:
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the service booking.
- For payments made through UPI or digital wallets, please allow additional processing time.
Emergency Cancellations
We understand that pet emergencies can occur. In case of genuine emergencies:

- Provide necessary documentation if available.
- Each case will be reviewed individually with consideration for the circumstances.
